Bookings
- A booking is confirmed when we send confirmation on WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- Fares are quoted for the route, car and dates you share. Changes to any of these may change the fare.
Fares and charges
- Quoted fares include fuel, driver allowance, tolls and state taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Parking, monument entry fees and extra km or hours beyond the package are charged at actuals.
- Night charges apply for driving between 10 pm and 6 am where stated in the quote.
Waiting time
- Up to 45 minutes of free waiting at pickup for outstation trips and 60 minutes after landing for airport pickups.
- Waiting beyond this is charged per hour as shown in the quote.
Passenger responsibilities
- Passengers must not carry illegal or hazardous items.
- Smoking and alcohol are not allowed in the vehicle.
- Damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged at actual repair cost.
Delays and breakdowns
- In case of breakdown, we arrange a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events outside our control.
